The Space

Thoughtfully laid out for larger families and groups, the cottage blends character, comfort and flexibility — making it ideal for multi-generational stays, golf trips or relaxed celebrations.

• 4 x flexible king-size/twin bedrooms on the first floor. The two larger bedrooms have an additional single sofa-bed chair, and are routinely set up as a king-size. The other two bedrooms are routinely set up as twin beds. Sleeping configurations can be changed on request.
• 1 x Ground floor bedroom with ensuite – perfect for guests preferring step-free access. Routinely set up as a king-size but can be configured as twin beds on request.
• Two travel cots available
• Additional sleeping options available (including a double sofa bed in the living area)

• 1 x family bathroom upstairs complete with bath, shower over, basin & WC.
• 1 x ensuite (ground floor bedroom) with enclosed shower, basin & WC.

• Lead guest must be 21+ and present for the duration of the stay
• Dogs are very welcome at Barnacre, and we know they’re part of the family 🐾
• Up to two well-behaved dogs can join your stay (extra charge £25/dog per stay) with plenty of countryside and coastal walks nearby.
  We kindly ask that dogs stay off the furniture and remain on the ground floor.
